The Senior Manager of IT Infrastructure & Security will provide strategic leadership for the organization’s infrastructure function, shaping the long-term vision and ensuring alignment with business goals. This role involves driving the development and implementation of infrastructure strategies, along with establishing architecture standards and operational procedures across the organization. In collaboration with the IT team, the Senior Manager will ensure delivery of highly reliable and available server, system, security, cloud and network infrastructure services to all users. Additionally, they will oversee IT governance, ensuring compliance with organizational policies as well as customer-facing regulatory requirements.
Job Description

IT Cloud:
- Managing and Leading Cloud Technologies like Azure, AWS, Office 365, and Microsoft Intune for organizational benefit.
- Manages a dynamic team of individuals, constantly searching for creative ways to elevate the capabilities of new technology systems to meet business needs.
- Assess the relative impact of IT industry trends to current and future enterprise cloud needs and projects
- Managing subscriptions of Azure and projects on Microsoft Azure DevOps
IT Security:
- Lead the overall ISO/IEC 27001:2013 and SOC 2 Type 2 compliance program requirements and companywide policy roll outs and implementation.
- Provision in close coordination with vCISO of the organization to improve Security Standards.
- Lead all initiatives with respect to Cyber Security Awareness Training programs for the entire community and represent as an IT & Security owner with appropriate solutions.
- Manage Threat Management and XDR using different Platforms like Trend Micro and Microsoft Defender
- Manage Vulnerability Management by using tools like Wazuh
- Lead the overall process of Vulnerability Assessment and penetration testing throughout the organization.
- Managing Incident Management Team and updating the incidents as per the requirement of compliance.
IT Infrastructure
- Manage and maintain the organization’s servers, including installation, configuration, and ongoing monitoring to ensure optimal performance and uptime.
- Oversee system administration tasks such as user management, security updates, patching, and troubleshooting across multiple platforms (Windows, Linux, etc.).
- Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure components, including switches, routers, and firewalls, ensuring secure and efficient network performance.
- Configure and manage firewall policies to protect against unauthorized access, while monitoring potential network vulnerabilities and security threats.
- Administer WLAN environments, including setup, monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization of wireless access points and related equipment.
- Perform regular system backups and disaster recovery planning to safeguard data and ensure business continuity in case of hardware or software failures.
Leadership/General Management:
- Managing and Leading the IT Team which includes the helpdesk and Engineering Team.
- Provide leadership in planning and managing computer operations and production support systems, database administration, network operations & cyber security administration
- Manage strategic relationships with key IT products and service providers with optimum Vendor Management
- IT Budgeting, planning and on time completion of the procurement cycle by taking proactive approach
- Provide IT Dashboards to the Senior Leadership of the organization
- Able to Present the IT Posture to the management, Stake Holders and External Prospects
- Participate in IT strategy planning activities
- Analyze and predict trends and develop long range plans designed to maintain cost effectiveness.
- High level Management of all Domains and DNS Records on different cloud providers
IT Operations
- Responsible for managing overall IT Day-to-day operations to improve infrastructure costs, performance, and end user satisfaction
- Ensure system performance and SLAs are met as per decided and approved benchmarks
- Implement IT continuous improvement programs, DR plan and business continuity plan through backup and replication.
- Take initiatives that ensure that the team is aligned to improve Microsoft Partnership Program
- Train and provide growth to IT Support Engineers.
IT Support:
- Ensure the IT team is mitigating, monitoring, and managing IT related support tasks and IT Risk Assessments.
- Inventory Management cycle owner and planner, Lead IT asset management team to ensure assets full lifetime cycle value is achieved
- Manage vendor performance in areas that include quality, capacity, systems, and responsiveness while meeting SLAs.
- Ensuing Audio/Video Technology of the organization is up to the mark and no obstacles are faced during companywide presentations, strategy meets and Townhalls.
You can get in, if you can prove that you have:
- A bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
- At least 10 years of progressive experience in Information Technology, including leadership roles, is essential. Proven track record in managing complex IT environments, overseeing infrastructure, and Security
- Industry-recognized certifications such as Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) or Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) are beneficial. Expertise in cloud computing, cybersecurity, and IT governance adds value to the role.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills are crucial to manage cross-functional teams, lead IT projects, and handle multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously. Experience in developing strategic roadmaps and aligning IT with business goals is preferred.
- Excellent proficiency in English, both written and verbal, is required to communicate effectively with executive leadership, stakeholders, and technical teams. Ability to foster collaboration and ensure clear understanding across diverse teams.
- A proactive attitude toward continuous learning and professional growth is vital. Demonstrated ability to mentor teams, inspire innovation, and cultivate a positive, performance-driven culture within the IT department.
